Ahhh, the open road, nothing but miles of countryside as far as the eye can see, I'm going stir crazy, get me off this thing! After watching a few movies I was stoked when the bus pulled over at a gas station to refuel. One by one we were all off the bus and in the trucker gas station. Have you ever been to one of these things, it's hilarious, if you want a CB or an engine block, they probably have it. I love it, its so entertaining to walk through and see the most random stuff, and the worst, most tacky souvenirs ever invented! I ran into Jerome and he was limping around, he had sprained his ankle last night. So I asked how he was feeling and he told me it was better, just sore. After the show last night, the guys went into the dressing room and Jerome said, 'That show was awesome' and at that very moment the mirror next to him fell and shattered! Our tour manager said he thought that Switchfoot was destroying the dressing room so he was hesitant to come in. ha ha.
